CALCULATING PRICE PER QUANTITY

Use this table to calculate the price of the cards you are ordering, based on the total number of cards in your order.

For instance, if you are ordering a total number of 25 cards, your total price for 25 cards is $42.50. For orders of less than 25 cards, the cost of each card is $1.75. For orders numbering 5000 cards or more, the cost of each card is $0.85.

2. Calculate the sub-total and total cost of your order by adding all the entries in the price spaces. Enter the sub-total in table "A".

3. Complete all pertinent Customer information entries. Calculate the shipping cost and enter it in table "A". Check one of the following shipping methods: UPS/US Mail or FedEx Economy Service available. For overnight deliveries call 541-942-0371. All rates apply to the 48 continental US states only. AK, HI and PR must call for rates.
